Oh my, oh my! Where does the time go? I can't believe it's November already! Before we all know it, we'll be shopping and then celebrating Christmas!

I have two sisters whose creative juices are just flowing abundantly!
My baby sister just had her jewelry line accepted into a local shop for sale and my next youngest sister's knitting ability is growing by leaps and bounds!!

If time permits for anyone, I would strongly urge you to stop by and check out my sisters sites... Etsy :: C.Gail Designs & crystaleverchanging.blogspot.com... you won't be disappointed!!

JR still has had no luck in finding another job, but he's still looking! How's the market up there in Emmaus?? Maybe we will move closer yet! And if things couldn't be bleaker, his car is not being dependable. Every time he goes to use it, it won't start. Probably the battery. And THEN! Along comes some good news...JR's dad calls and says he has a truck for him that he picked up at a sale. It's ours! All we have to do is drive toJuniata county and pick it up!! Woo-Hoo!

Maybe the next time I write I'll have some new hobby that I'm working on and I won't be so green with envy!!!

As you make your way through this hectic world of ours, set aside a few minutes each day. At the end of the year, you’ll have a couple of days saved up.

Dear Cheryl,

I am glad you came to visit my blog. I have to say I am a proud supporter of Obama. I believe that he will make it and heal our country. I think that our country never got to heal after what we have gone through. I feel like our country had been targeting each other. Nothing against McCain, but he seemed to be targeting others when he could have been focusing on his campaign. Not saying that Obama didn't either. He needed to defend himself, because he is not the typical white, male, old guy that runs for elections. I know I am young and my thoughts and ideas my not make a difference. But in reality they did. What I've done this year alone has better the world I live in, that includes voting for what I think is right. I helped make that difference. I feel that it is important to change otherwise if everything was always the same it would become boring don't you think? I feel as if Obama can really reach out to help us heal. He, himself my not help, but he, himself can being something new. Eventually, our country will begin to heal together. I understand people what change now. And well, it doesn't happen over night. or years for that matter. Hopefully, Obama will be a leader that will help us begin that journey of healing. I don't think of him as governing us, but healing us. We have gone through so much and never really recovered. I believe that he's the one. I have never been so sure of something in my life until now. The next day I woke up I felt safe and comforted. I new that would be the day I remember, because I never felt so comfortable in a strange atmosphere.
And even if Bush is still the president technically, I say good for him. He has done some good things in his term, but nothing for his country. I find him to be a show of some sort, not to bash him or anything. He was so focused on what was happening in other countries that he forgot about his own. The one he was suppose to take into his care.
I apologize for such a long comment, but I needed to get it out. People think that young voters elected Obama because of his young character and peace and whatever. But really, we elected him for his passion, reaching out, comforting, his ideas, and most importantly...he listened. It was like he never spoke at all. He just sat back and listened to what we had to say.
So, sorry again. I hope this does not discourage you or made you feel defensive in any way. These are just my thoughts and ideas. I am an Art and Psychology major. It's what we do. It's what I believe.
